The Tenderloin Project

I recently read about The Tenderloin Project in Thrillist San Francisco. Having lived in the TL (aka Tenderloin District, San Francisco) in 2006-2007, this project is important to me. Utilizing the interactive mediums of photography and film, The Tenderloin Project aims to capture a compelling and honest portrait of this diverse community.

The TTP will be showcase in a variety of outlets including a collection of black and white portraits, HD videos, and a soon to be released coffee table book. A line of clothing is also in the works.

If youre in the mood to purchase any of the pieces, proceeds from the sales will be donated to organizations that promote and give access to art in the Tenderloin.
